For a decade now, the increase in anxiety, psychological distress and chronic stress has been a reality for many people. Unfortunately, these factors are likely to become more pronounced over time.
It’s common to experience chronic stress and anxiety at some point in our lives. That’s why I founded SHK Santé, with the aim of offering others what really helped me in my own healing process: awareness and breathing.
I firmly believe that each person holds the key to their own inner healing. Deep in our souls, we know the reason why we are what we choose to be. However, we haven’t yet healed from what we’ve been through.
We are constantly growing, evolving, learning and developing as human beings. We’re not the same people we were a year ago, and in five years’ time we’ll be different.
At SHK Santé, we accompany you on your personal journey, enabling you to evolve as an individual and better understand the changes taking place in your body and mind, whatever your current age. I wanted to come and decompress during one of Kawtar's breathwork sessions. I have a very stressful situation in my life right now. Thanks to this session, Kawtar taught me how to better manage my stress in the face of unexpected situations in my daily life, thanks to my breathing.
I had a headache before arriving at one of Kawtar's sessions and once the session started, my headache completely disappeared.
